Return Policy for Athleisure Wear Sets

At Thee Body Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your athleisure wear set, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your shopping experience remains enjoyable and worry-free.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

- Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount may be subject to different return conditions (please refer to our Sale Items section below).

How to Return an Item:

1. Initiate Your Return: Please contact our Customer Service team at cwheefitness@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Prepare Your Return: Place the item(s) in the original packaging or a suitable alternative to ensure they are protected during transit.

3. Return Shipping: Use the prepaid return shipping label provided by our Customer Service team or choose a shipping method of your choice. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within **7-10 business days**. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service team to reserve the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and details of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Final Sale Items:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during certain promotions are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please carefully review these items before purchasing.

Gift Returns:

If you received an athleisure wear set as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Gift returns may be eligible for store credit.
